First Watch has your coffee ready, we welcome you with a pot, not just a cup of Sunrise Select™ Premium Blend Coffee and your daily complimentary newspapers.  WIFI is also available at all locations. First Watch offers you an appetizing assortment of delicious dishes, from the traditional breakfast or lunch favorites such as eggs, pancakes, toast, soups and sandwiches, salads to the First Watch all time irresistible specialities such as Chickichanga, Crepeggs and the classic BLTE sandwich.  

Healthier Selections

Health conscious since the beginning! The First Watch "Healthier Side" features a variety of delicious options, including egg white omelettes, fresh fruit crepes and our signature "Power Wrap"!

All First watch locations, open year-round from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, excluding Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.  

Fresh ingredients

All of our dishes are made with the finest and freshest ingredients. At the crack of dawn, every day, our First Watch chefs are already baking bread and muffins, whipping french toast batter, slicing fresh fruits and vegetables and preparing your favorite recipes at the crack of dawn every day.  We begin each morning slicing fresh fruits and vegetables, baking muffins and whipping up our French toast batter from scratch.
